As Eid-ul-Adha approaches, professional butchers have increased the prices for slaughtering VIP animals as well as ordinary animals, while clumsy butchers have also entered the fray.
According to the report, citizens have bought animals and have now started looking for a butcher to slaughter them. Butchers have decided to collect double Eid for the three days of Eid-ul-Adha. Along with professional butchers, clumsy butchers from distant areas have also set up camps in the city in groups.
According to reports, butchers have set the prices for slaughtering goats in Lahore on the first day at 10 thousand, cows at 18 thousand, and goats at 6 thousand on the second day, while cows at 10 thousand.
Seeing the prices of professional butchers, clumsy butchers have also decided to wipe their hands on the pockets of citizens and have started booking to slaughter large and small animals for half the price.
Citizens say that butchers are demanding exorbitant wages for the sacrifice of VIP animals.
