Muslim countries issue important joint statement on Israeli aggression against Iran

The declaration was endorsed by Pakistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Algeria and Bahrain, among others, a Foreign Office spokesperson said.

Muslim countries have issued a joint statement against the continuous Israeli aggression and attacks against Iran.

The Foreign Office spokesperson said in a statement that the joint statement was issued in view of the rapidly changing regional situation in the Middle East and the unprecedented tension due to Israel’s ongoing military aggression against Iran.

The joint statement was ratified by Pakistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Algeria and Bahrain.

Brunei Darussalam, Chad, the Comoros, Djibouti, Libya, Mauritania, Somalia and Sudan are also among the countries that ratified it. Turkey, Oman and the United Arab Emirates also ratified the joint statement.

The joint statement said that they completely reject the recent Israeli attacks on Iran since June 13, and strongly condemn the recent Israeli attacks on Iran since June 13.

The joint statement said that they oppose any action that violates international law and the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, and call for respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of States, good neighborliness and the peaceful resolution of disputes.

The joint statement said that this is the only viable path, emphasizing the importance of ensuring freedom of navigation in international waterways in accordance with relevant international laws and avoiding harm to maritime security.

They consider diplomacy, negotiations, and adherence to the principles of good neighborliness as the only viable path to resolving regional issues, and make it clear that a lasting solution to this crisis is not possible through military means.
