Summons notices issued to the accused in the Margalla Police Station case
Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has fixed a date for the indictment of the accused named in the case registered against PTI workers on charges of vandalism during the November 26 protest.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the cases.
The court distributed copies of the challan in the Karachi Company case number, and the accused will be charged in the next hearing. The hearing of the case was adjourned until June 25.
Notices of re-summoning were issued to the accused in the Margalla Police Station case. The court adjourned the hearing of the case until July 9.
Cases registered on Sangjani Jalsa
On the other hand, Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the cases registered against PTI workers and leaders on the November 26 protest and Sangjani Jalsa.
The court issued notices of re-summoning to the accused in the Noon Police Station case and adjourned the hearing of the case until July 24.
The case registered against PTI MNA Ahmed Chatta for the Sangjani Jalsa was heard, but Ahmed Chatta did not appear in court. The court issued a notice of summons to Ahmed Chatta and adjourned the hearing of the case until June 24.
Advocate Sardar Muhammad Shubhish Khan and Advocate Shabbir Dar appeared in court on behalf of PTI workers.
Matter of crushing Rangers personnel
Anti-terrorism court judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the case on the matter of crushing Rangers personnel during the PTI November 26 protest.
The hearing was adjourned without proceeding due to the unavailability of the accused and lawyers, the next hearing of the case will be on June 23.
At the next hearing of the case, the prosecution witnesses will record their statements, the prosecution was supposed to record testimonies today. The prosecution has submitted a challan to the extent of accused Hashim Abbasi.
A case has been registered at Ramna police station against accused Hashim Abbasi, PTI founder Bushra Bibi, Ali Amin Gandapur and others.
