Intense heat in most districts of KP, rain likely in a few places

Yesterday, temperatures in Peshawar, Dera Ismail Khan and Bannu were recorded between 42 and 45 degrees Celsius.

Peshawar: The weather is likely to remain hot and dry in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while it is likely to remain extremely hot in the plains.

According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds and thundershowers are likely in Chitral, Upper and Lower Dir, Swat, Shangla, Buner, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Torghar.

Yesterday, the temperature in Peshawar, Dera Ismail Khan and Bannu was recorded from 42 to 45.

The temperature was 40 in Pattan Kohistan and Takht Bhai, 38 in Saidu Sharif Swat, 36 in Chitral and Darosh Chitral, 35 in Upper Dir, 39 in Timergara Lower Dir, 29 in Kalam and 27 in Malam Jabba.
