Women continue to face insecurity in occupied Kashmir under the Modi government

The Modi government’s military grip has not provided protection to Kashmiris, but only oppression.

Women in occupied Kashmir, under the control of the BJP puppet Modi government, continue to suffer from insecurity.

Despite the deployment of 7 lakh troops by the Indian government, occupied Kashmir remains unsafe, where the people and tourists of the occupied valley are facing severe insecurity after the abrogation of Article 370.

The rape of an elderly tourist woman after the false flag in Pahalgam has raised questions about tourist safety.

According to India Today, “A 70-year-old tourist woman was raped in a hotel in Pahalgam.” The elderly tourist from Maharashtra was lustfully raped by a beastly man in a hotel room.

The extremist BJP government has made India the world’s most unsafe country for women. Under Modi’s rule, rape of women has become a daily routine, while the justice system is paralyzed and the state is playing the role of a silent spectator.

This incident with the elderly tourist woman is a stain on Pahalgam’s tourism reputation. The Modi government’s military grip has not only provided protection to Kashmiris but also oppression, as a result of which the atrocities in occupied Kashmir have become a result of Hindutva tactics.

Following the increasing crimes against women in India, the US has advised its female citizens not to travel to India alone.
