ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the Taliban government’s breach of promises is causing instability in the region, surrender is not in Pakistan’s dictionary, they will defeat terrorism for a secure future for future generations.
Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was addressing the inaugural session of the International Conference titled “Pakistan’s War on Terrorism for the World” under the Islamabad Policy Research Institute.
He said that the Taliban government’s breach of promises is causing instability in the region, so the Afghan interim government should fulfill the promises made in the Doha Agreement.
He said that surrender is not in Pakistan’s dictionary, they will defeat terrorism for a secure future for future generations.
In his address, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari urged India to join talks with Pakistan and work for lasting peace.
He stressed the need to resolve the conflict in occupied Jammu and Kashmir in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people and said that the use of water as a weapon should end.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari highlighted in detail Pakistan’s significant achievements in the war against terrorism.
He said that the country has paid a heavy price in both human lives and economic losses in this war.
He urged the international community to learn from Pakistan’s experiences and successes in the war against terrorism.
He stressed that terrorists have no nationality, religion, caste or creed and this menace respects no law.
He called for collective global efforts to eradicate terrorism.
