India creates new drama of ‘narco-terrorism’ to divert attention from atrocities in occupied Kashmir

Modi government’s conspiracy to falsely accuse freedom fighters of terrorism through drugs exposed

India continues to make fabricated allegations to suppress the freedom movement in occupied Kashmir, while the Modi government has created a new drama of ‘narco-terrorism’ to divert attention from the ongoing atrocities in occupied Kashmir.

According to the report, the Modi government’s conspiracy to falsely accuse freedom fighters of terrorism through drugs has been exposed.

The Indian Express said in its report that the Indian state investigation agency SIA has filed a charge sheet against 11 people for allegedly aiding terrorism through drugs. According to the charge sheet, two Pakistanis belonging to Hizbul Mujahideen living in Pakistan are also included.

The Indian Express said that the names of Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin and Basharat Ahmed Bhat are present in the charge sheet. The FIR was first registered in 2022 at Police Station SIA Jammu.

The Indian Express said that the case is related to terrorist organizations that finance terrorism in Kashmir by smuggling drugs from Pakistan. Despite having no legitimate income, the accused earned huge wealth through drugs.

The report said that the drug peddlers used local youth to sell narcotics, some of the accused employed other accused to sell drugs.

According to the state investigation agency, the purpose of the conspiracy of Hizbul Mujahideen is to disrupt peace in Jammu and Kashmir. The false narrative of drugs and terrorism is a new front in India’s attack on the struggle of Kashmiris. The allegations against Pakistan are a clear proof of the Indian state’s panic and failures in occupied Kashmir.
