Giving the accused a third chance after he refuses twice would be a waste of time, says the court
LAHORE: The Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court has given its verdict on the issue of conducting a polygraphic and photographic test of the founder of PTI.
While giving the verdict, Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Manzar Ali Gul said that the court had given the police two time to conduct the test. The police could not conduct the polygraphic and photographic test of the accused.
The court said that giving the accused a third chance after refusing twice would be a waste of time. Twelve cases, including the Jinnah House attack, are registered against the founder of PTI.
