Islamabad: Dr. Asma Rabbani assumed her duties as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Pakistan to the Philippines.
Dr. Asma Rabbani presented her credentials as the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the President of the Philippines, Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
After presenting her credentials, the Ambassador met with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and discussed ways to further strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries, including in areas such as trade, investment and cooperation at international forums.
On this auspicious occasion, the Pakistani Ambassador was also presented with a special guard of honor.
