Iran’s latest attack on Israel targets military installations, operational support centers, and airbase

According to the Revolutionary Guards, this was the 18th attack on Israeli targets.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has released details of the latest missile and drone attacks on Israel.

According to the IRGC, this was the 18th attack on Israeli targets, targeting military installations and operational support centers in central Israel, including Ben Gurion International Airport.

According to the IRGC, the attack involved Iranian-made Shaheed-136 drones, which continued to operate in the airspace over the occupied territories, while solid and liquid-fueled Iranian missiles were also used.

The statement claimed that even Israel’s most advanced defense systems failed to stop these missiles and drones. Joint operations involving drones and missiles will continue continuously and with specific targets.

The missiles fired by Iran late last night fell in the Dan Gush area of central Israel, where a residential building caught fire after being hit by missile fragments. Details about possible casualties in the incident have not yet been released.

In retaliation, the Israeli Air Force has launched operations to target missile storage and launching infrastructure in central Iran.

Israeli aggression continues despite global efforts for a ceasefire; Iran’s strong response
Despite strong calls for a ceasefire at an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council and peace talks between European foreign ministers and their Iranian counterparts, the Israeli aggression could not stop.

In response, Iran also rained ballistic missiles on the southern Israeli city of Beersheba, causing severe material damage in the area, burning several vehicles, and a large fire broke out near the Microsoft office.

According to Israeli media, the attack was carried out on Friday morning. The Iranian missile fell in a residential area, causing damage to nearby buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure. Although no casualties were reported, the financial damage is considerable.

Emergency service Magen David Adem said that firefighters and rescue teams arrived at the affected area immediately after the attack and began extinguishing the fire.

A day before the attack, an Iranian missile hit the Soroka Hospital in Beersheba, injuring more than 70 people.

The Israeli military issued a statement saying that a possible malfunction in its interceptor defense system led to the failure to intercept the Iranian missile.
