According to sources, the US has proposed a 60-day ceasefire, under which Hamas will return 10 live hostages and some bodies, while Israel will release Palestinian prisoners.
Hamas has also put forward demands in the talks such as the distribution of aid under UN supervision, a guarantee of Israeli military withdrawal, and an assurance that there will be no further clashes.
