Karachi: An interim challan has been submitted to the Anti-Terrorism Administrative Court in the case of attack on a journalist against Armaghan, accused of Mustafa Aamir murder case.
In the interim challan, the police found accused Armaghan guilty of attacking a journalist.
According to the interim challan of the Bahadurabad Police, on November 19, 2024, accused Armaghan was riding in his Vigo car. Accused Armaghan stopped journalist Nadeem Ahmed Khan and exchanged harsh words. Armaghan opened fire after the exchange of harsh words, injuring the journalist and escaping from there.
During the investigation, accused Armaghan has confessed to his crime. Accused Armaghan admitted that he opened fire with the intention of killing the journalist.
The plaintiff has also identified accused Armaghan. More than 8 prosecution witnesses were also included in the challan.
The court approved the interim challan. The administrative court transferred the case to the Special Anti-Terrorism Court No. 15 for hearing.
