After playing in hot Florida weather, Sri Lanka and Ireland had to take a 7-hour chartered flight, the teams were due to arrive in New York at 8pm on Friday but arrived at 5am the next day.
Sri Lanka had to cancel the morning training session due to their late arrival as the Sri Lankan team’s hotel is an hour and a half away from the practice venue.
In contrast, the Indian team has been provided accommodation very close to the practice venue and stadium.
Apart from this, the Indian team has also been facilitated by holding more matches at one venue
