Terrible accident in Dera Ismail Khan; 5 people including siblings killed

The accident occurred due to a collision between a car and a truck, three siblings were among the dead.

DI Khan: Five members of the same family, including siblings, died in a horrific traffic accident.

According to Rescue 1122, five people, including a woman, died in a horrific traffic accident near Kadri Khesur on Chashma Road in Paharpur tehsil of Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Initial reports have said that the accident occurred between a car and a Hino truck, as a result of which all the people lost their lives on the spot.

Rescue personnel immediately reached the accident site, removed the bodies from the vehicle and shifted them to Paharpur Hospital. The deceased have been identified as Roda Munir, Muhammad Mutasim, Muhammad Talha, the three siblings, and the driver Waseemullah and Tufail.

A sister and two brothers were also among the deceased.

Expressing grief over the accident, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. He said that this incident is extremely sad and he shares the grief of the affected families in this hour of grief.
