Video shows Donald Trump and Netanyahu making controversial statements regarding Pakistan
Two videos have gone viral on social media in recent days, showing US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu making controversial statements about Pakistan.
After these videos came to light, there was a wave of public concern and these statements are being condemned by many sides. Following the public backlash, the Fact Check team investigated these videos to find out the truth.
Did Trump really instruct Pakistan to stay away from the Iran-Israel conflict?
In a video on social media, Donald Trump was shown saying that “Pakistan should not interfere in the conflict between Israel and Iran.”
In the video, he was also shown saying that Khawaja Asif had threatened Israel, while Pakistan was on alert with its military power. However, the fact is that this video was created using artificial intelligence (AI).
AI detection: Trump’s facial expressions in the video are unnatural, there is a robotic tone in the voice, and there is incoherence in the delivery of words.
Timeline discrepancy: The footage used in the video is actually from May 30, 2025, while the Iran-Israel conflict began on June 13.
No credible mention: There is no record of any such statement by Trump in the US media.
Therefore, the claim that Trump has issued any instructions to Pakistan regarding the current conflict is completely false.
Did Netanyahu make a nuclear threat to Pakistan?
Another viral video shows Netanyahu saying, “We have to stop Iran and Pakistan from getting nuclear weapons.” However, this video is also misleading.
14-year-old statement: This clip is actually from 2011, when Netanyahu said in an interview that the nuclear threat could increase if the Taliban took over Pakistan. He did not directly threaten Pakistan.
Context distorted: The viral video has been stripped of the “Taliban takeover” part, giving the false impression that the statement is recent and targeting Pakistan.
Conclusion
Both of these videos that have gone viral on social media are fake or misleading. Neither Trump has given any instructions to Pakistan regarding the current conflict, nor has Netanyahu made any threats to Pakistan in recent days. Users are urged to verify such videos before sharing them.
