US President Trump announces immediate end to trade talks with Canada

US President Donald Trump has claimed that a ceasefire in the ongoing conflict in Gaza could be possible within the next week.

President Trump made the statement while speaking to reporters in the Oval Office of the White House on Friday during a ceremony to sign an agreement between Congo and Rwanda. “I think we are very close to a ceasefire,” he said.

According to Trump, he recently spoke with those who are mediating to end the ongoing hostilities between Israel and Hamas. The president did not provide further details, but his statement is being considered a positive sign that the United States is playing an active role in the behind-the-scenes negotiations.

The statement comes at a time when the situation in Gaza is extremely tense, and the international community is reacting strongly to the loss of human lives. Trump added that he is happy to make peace.

US President Trump announces immediate end to trade talks with Canada

US President Donald Trump, while making important statements at a news briefing on the global level, has announced the immediate end of trade talks with Canada and has also hinted at another attack on Iran.

Trump said that “Canada’s imposition of a 400 percent tariff on our dairy products is a clear attack on the United States, Canada is copying the European Union, which was previously under discussion.” He warned that new tariffs would be imposed on Canada in the next 7 days.

Talking about Iran, Trump claimed that “Iran’s nuclear facilities have been completely destroyed, they no longer have any nuclear weapons.” He said that if necessary, he would not hesitate to attack Iran again. He said that the US Air Force successfully hit Iranian targets from an altitude of 52,000 feet and this operation was not easy, but the United States completed it.

President Trump also praised himself for establishing peace on a global scale, claiming that “we have established peace between Israel and Iran, reduced tensions between Pakistan and India, and now ended the 30-year war in Congo and Rwanda.” Trump further said that they are close to establishing peace in Gaza as well.
